Experience Highlights














Day 1 – First Flavours of Lyon, France
- Arrive in Lyon, France and transfer to your hotel
- Spend the day at leisure, before an evening dinner in a traditional Lyonnais bouchon, curated from our recommended partner list, to sample classics such as quenelles, tablier de sapeur and praline tart.


Day 2 – Halles de Lyon & Old Town Flavours
- On your first morning in France, savour the taste of the city on a food tour at Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse, including tastings of cheese, charcuterie, oysters or pralines.
- In the afternoon, embrace the outdoors on a walking or e‑bike tour of Vieux Lyon and the Presqu’île, combining heritage sites with further gourmet stops if desired.


Day 3 – A Toast to Beaujolais
- Start the day with a shared or private half‑day Beaujolais Wine Route, visiting family‑run estates and tasting the region’s reds and whites.
- Optional upgrade to a full‑day Beaujolais or Burgundy excursion with lunch in a countryside inn


Day 5 – Great Wines & Gourmet Traditions
- Set out on a rail transfer from Lyon to Beaune or Dijon (SNCF) with private station‑hotel transfers as needed.
- After arriving, spend the afternoon exploring the surroundings on a private walking tour of Beaune and visit to the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne for an interpretive trail and initial wine tasting.


Day 5 – Côte de Nuits & Côte de Beaune Wines
- Indulge on a full‑day wine tour in Burgundy, exploring the Côte de Nuits and/or Côte de Beaune, with cellar visits and tastings at selected domaines.
- Later in the day, pay a visit to Moutarderie Fallot in Beaune for the ‘Sensations Fortes’ mustard experience.


Day 6 – Parisian Indulgence & Sweet Creations
- On your final full day in France, take the SNCF train from Beaune/Dijon to Paris, with private transfer to your hotel.
- Tantalise your tastebuds for a final time and enjoy an afternoon pastry or macaron class in Paris, or a chocolate & pastry walking tour.


Day 7 – Au Revoir to a Feast of French Flavours
- After time at leisure, take a transfer from your Paris hotel to the airport or station.
- Optional extra night(s) for further food touring or Michelin‑star dining in Paris.
